Mike McColgan and the Bomb Squad

Michael McColgan & The Bomb Squad is a very special performance by a Boston all-star band. They came together out of a love for music that has been a part of their lives, and they play songs from their early days with DKMS. Michael McColgan was the co-founder and frontman of the Dropkick Murphys until 1998. Since 2002, he has been the lead singer of the punk band Street Dogs. Rick Barton is the guitarist and a founding member of The Outlets, and was a co-founder and ex-guitarist of the punk band Dropkick Murphys until 2000. They will be performing “Do or Die” in its entirety with Pieps and all. Supporting them is Johnny Rioux, also known as the guitarist from Street Dogs or The Bruisers, who has played with Roger Miret and the Disasters. He was the tour manager for the Dropkick Murphys in their early days. Just to give you a taste of what’s to come.
